Please note: Some remote or "non-service" areas may require an additional 24-48 hours for delivery.

  1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Order Processing: 1 Business Day.

  • Transit Time: 2 - 4 Business Days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3 - 5 Business Days.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across the Pakistan with no minimum purchase required.

  2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) We support Cash on Delivery for all orders.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready in PKR for the courier.

  • Our courier partners will call or WhatsApp you prior to delivery to coordinate the best time. Please ensure your contact number is reachable to avoid delays.

  1. ORDER TRACKING Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or Email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

  2. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS Our courier partners will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver your package. If the customer is unreachable after the third attempt, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.

  3. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team immediately at [Your Email Address] or via WhatsApp at [Your Number]. We will investigate and arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
